Supreme Window Factory ("we," "us," "our") manufactures and sells vinyl windows from 12343 Schaefer Hwy, Detroit, MI 48227. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it — including information collected in connection with our text message program.

Information we collect

We collect only the information we need to quote, build, and deliver your order:

• Your name and company name
• Your phone number and mobile number
• Your email address
• The service address where the work is being done, and your billing address
• Order details, measurements, pricing, and payment records

We collect this information directly from you — in person at our counter, over the phone, or on a written order form. We do not buy contact lists, and we do not collect information about you from third-party data brokers.

How we use your information

We use your information to prepare quotes, manufacture and schedule your order, contact you about that order, invoice and collect payment, and honor warranty claims. We also keep order records as required for our business and tax obligations.

Text messaging

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your order — order confirmations, notice that your windows are ready for pickup, and pickup reminders.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies with the progress of your order. You will typically receive between 1 and 6 messages per order.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates apply to messages you send and receive.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message at any time and we will stop texting you. You can also call us at 313-935-3001 and ask to be removed. Opting out of text messages does not affect your order — we will simply contact you by phone or email instead.

Getting help. Reply HELP to any message, or call 313-935-3001 during business hours.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.

Who else sees your information

We share your information only with the service providers we need to run the business — for example, the messaging provider that delivers our texts, our email provider, and our payment processor — and only to the extent they need it to perform that service for us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

If your job includes installation performed by a subcontractor, we share your name, service address, and phone number with that installer so they can complete the work.

How we protect and keep your information

Order records are kept on business systems that are restricted to our staff. We keep order and payment records for as long as needed to support warranty claims and to meet legal and accounting requirements.

Your choices

Children

Our business is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
