These terms apply to the text message program operated by Supreme Window Factory, 12343 Schaefer Hwy, Detroit, MI 48227, 313-935-3001.

What the program is

Supreme Window Factory sends text messages to customers about their own orders. Messages include order confirmations, notice that an order is ready for pickup, and pickup reminders. This is a customer service program. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through it.

How you join

You join by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages about your order. That happens in one of three ways:

• At our counter — when you place an order in person, our staff asks whether you want order updates by text, and you give us your mobile number.
• Over the phone — when you place an order by phone, our staff asks the same question and you give us your mobile number.
• On the written order form — you write your mobile number on the order form next to the text message disclosure and sign it.

In every case we tell you, at the time you agree, what the messages are for and how to stop them.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with the progress of your order. You will typically receive between 1 and 6 messages per order.

Cost

We do not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply under your own plan with your mobile carrier.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you ask us to start again. You can also call 313-935-3001 and ask to be removed.

Carriers

Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for messages that a carrier fails to deliver.

Your information

Mobile information and text messaging opt-in data will not be sold, rented, shared, or otherwise disclosed to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. How we handle the rest of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always posted on this page, with the date at the top.
